Cynergy4MIE 2nd GA Meeting

26 Jun, 2026

On 23–24 June 2026, the Cynergy4MIE consortium gathered at Murata Electronics Oy in Vantaa, Finland, for the project’s annual General Assembly, bringing together partners from across Europe to review progress, strengthen collaboration, and prepare for the upcoming second Project Review Meeting.

The first day focused on collaboration through a Core Team Meeting, where Work Package and Supply Chain leaders presented progress updates and discussed the next implementation steps. Participants also attended a demonstration session, visited Murata’s showroom and manufacturing facilities and took part in dedicated Supply Chain workshops. These workshops provided an opportunity for partners to review the progress achieved within each Supply Chain, assess the maturity of ongoing developments and planned demonstrations, discuss remaining technical challenges and future exploitation opportunities, and coordinate the activities required for the successful delivery of the project’s objectives.

The second day featured the General Assembly Meeting, where Work Package and Supply Chain leaders presented the latest achievements, ongoing activities, outcomes from the first-day workshops and upcoming milestones across the project. The meeting concluded with an Advisory Board Workshop, during which Advisory Board members reviewed the board’s current activities, discussed future priorities and expectations, and identified the next steps to maximise the project’s scientific, industrial, and societal impact.

Beyond the technical sessions, the General Assembly provided valuable opportunities for networking, knowledge exchange, and strengthening collaboration among the consortium’s more than 40 partner organisations.

The Cynergy4MIE consortium thanks Murata Electronics for hosting the event and AVL, the project coordinator, for the excellent organisation of a productive and engaging General Assembly.
