Cynergy4MIE partner INSAR will participate in the CEE Sustainable Finance Summit 2026 – “Geostrategic Europe and Business in an Era of Geopolitical and AI Transformation”, taking place from 14 to 16 September 2026 in Prague, Czechia.
As part of the Summit, Matúš Bakoň, from INSAR will deliver a presentation entitled “Better Insurance Decisions with Satellite Data” on Wednesday, 16 September, from 11:25 to 11:40.
The presentation will explore how satellite observations can provide additional evidence about insured properties, infrastructure and their surroundings, supporting insurance-related activities such as underwriting, portfolio risk assessment, loss prevention and claims investigation. It will also highlight opportunities for translating satellite observations into practical information that can support more informed risk assessment and decision-making.
Matúš Bakoň has more than a decade of experience in satellite monitoring of ground movement and critical infrastructure. Within Cynergy4MIE, INSAR contributes its expertise in satellite-based monitoring to activities related to road condition monitoring and post-earthquake analysis in Türkiye.
